DRAIN SURVEYS

We have all of the equipment needed to solve your rat problem. Unlike most pest control companies, we can carry out CCTV drain surveys ourselves. This will find any points of entry to your house via damaged drains and sewers. This saves you the cost of having a separate contractor to survey your drains.

We will select the most suitable method for each situation. Whether we use a traditional trap with bait or whether we use a toxic substance, we will monitor the traps remotely to make sure that no animal suffers avoidably. We will also communicate with you about anything you should be careful of – for example, if we put a bait box outdoors, in your garden, although any toxic materials will be sealed inside, your pets mustn’t ‘attack’ the box and open it.

It’s generally impossible to predict when another pest may come to you. However, if we ‘pest-proof your building, we will guarentte our workmanship.

We are always happy to give you advice specific to your home, about how to make your site less appealing to pests.

In order to rid you of your pests, we do need to exterminate them – this is a requirement by law.
